Return Policy

Payment: Visa card, Master card, American express card, Diners Club gladly accepted

  1. Please  inform us of  the type of credit card you want to use for payment, cardholder name, the credit card number and the expiration date.
  2. Yabune Jewelers will contact your credit card company to receive approved authorization for the money amount of your order and your credit card company  will contact you. This authorization is good for a maximum of 15 days from the date of authorization. Your credit card is not charged, only authorized. Once authorization is confirmed your order will be shipped to you .
  3. Once your credit card has been approved and authorized, you have a time period not to exceed 8 days  from the date your order is received. before your credit card is charged. Take this time to examine cultured pearls . If you intend to keep them, please contact us  and your credit card will be charged.

  4. If you plan to return your order you  must notify us  within 8 days by fax or e-mail after the order is received. To return your order please ship within 2 days after e-mail of notify  using registered mail insured for the full value. and please inform us the shipping date and the parcel # , the way to send ( EMS of  post office and so forth )  The cost of shipping is about $10-$30. Thank you for your business and we look forward to continued patronage.
